A little bit about me

For as long as I can remember I have enjoyed baking. So when the opportunity to work with it happen in 2019, I had no doubt that it was the thing i wanted to do.
The more I have worked with cakes, the more interest I have gained in it. For me it is not only a job, but also something I enjoy doing in my spare time.
When I'm at home and baking, I specially like to try out new techniques, prepare new recipes and try new ingredients.
Since June 2024 I have been in France to improve my skills in French pastries, and now the time has come for me to find my next adventure.
